How do I get access?
To get started, request access. We discuss your circumstances or staffing needs and agree how you can get started.
Can I use MyDPKS on my smartphone?
Yes. You can use MyDPKS in your browser on a smartphone, tablet or computer. There is no need to install an additional app.
Who can see my information?
Visibility depends on each person’s role and the permissions granted. Employers can see the profiles and cases shared with their organisation; they do not automatically have access to all personal documents.
Can I still contact my DPKS advisor?
Yes. MyDPKS complements the personal support provided by DPKS and your partner contacts. They remain available to help with questions about your preparation.
