For nurses
What are the requirements?
Our initial service is intended for nurses with a university bachelor’s degree in nursing. We will discuss your qualification, educational background and further requirements with you personally.
Do I need to speak German already?
You can contact us before starting your language preparation. We will clarify which language certificate you need, and when, for your individual journey.
What costs do nurses have to pay?
Recruitment and placement are free of charge for nurses. The language courses, required supporting documents and travel included in the agreed placement process are also funded. We explain exactly which services are included before you begin.
For employers
How do we start working with DPKS as an employer?
In our first conversation, we clarify your staffing needs, employment conditions and next steps. We then agree with you on how to proceed.
How do we meet suitable nurses?
First, we clarify your needs and introduce suitable profiles that have been released for your organisation. We then coordinate personal interviews and support your selection.
How does DPKS help prepare for the first day at work?
We coordinate responsibilities, required documents and next steps with you and the nurse. MyDPKS helps you keep track of agreed tasks and feedback.
